I’m a big fan of deep-fried chicken wings, so I was intrigued by the concept of Baked Wings & Things, which opened last September off State Street.

Dawn Manor is a new restaurant in the Wisconsin Dells area (technically, it’s in Baraboo) that makes you feel like you’re taking a step back in time with early 1900s-themed rooms throughout the mansion. It was deconstructed at its former site in 2022 and reconstructed near Mirror Lake in 2024.

A former bicycle store on Regent Street was transformed into a fun and uniquely designed space called Butterbird. As the name implies, the restaurant specializes in chicken.
