I love Memorial Day weekend because to me, it signals the start of summer here in the Midwest. Unfortunately, many hotels, restaurants and attractions are closed, and events are canceled, because of COVID-19.

If you’re in the Dells and craving Mexican food, Jose’s Authentic Mexican Restaurant is a good choice.
In fact, the place was packed with locals during a recent off-season lunch, and that’s a good sign. On top of that, Jose’s had recently moved to the former Kickers location after its original building across from Sarento’s was torn down to make way for a hotel. (more…)
