I’ve enjoyed my previous visits to Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, having gone to the waterpark, skied, received a massage and of course, enjoyed fine dining at its chophouse. I was recently reading about a local chef making more than 3,600 portions of food from one day’s worth of waste from a grocery store.
