Here’s a sampling of parties and events happening on New Year’s Eve in Madison, WI:

  • Concourse Hotel: Dinner, comedy and dancing. Accommodation and dining packages range from $219-$489.
  • DLUXPremium open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres. Tickets are $90.
  • Edgewater Hotel: Celebrate “then and now” with live music and a midnight buffet. Tickets are $95.
  • Essen Haus and Come Back InAll-you-can eat and drink, plus live music. Tickets are $75-$80.
  • High Noon Saloon: Several tribute bands, including for Motley Crue. Tickets are $10.
  • HotelRED: A party called FANCY with all proceeds going to Reach a Child. Tickets are $105.

  • Liquid: Ice sculptures, massive confetti shower and DJ. Ticket packages are $20-$100.
  • Lone Girl Brewing Co.: Bus trip to Two Tall Distillery and Drumlin Ridge Winery, then party at Lone Girl. Tickets are $65-$100.
  • Lucille: Ice luge, pizza buffet and DJ. Tickets are $90-$125.
  • Madison Museum of Contemporary Art: Bubbly Bar featuring various sparking wines, plus a DJ. Tickets are $65.
  • Majestic Theatre: DecaDance, featuring 100 years of dance music. Tickets are $25.
  • Red Rock Saloon: Appetizer buffet and live music, plus optional open bar package. Tickets are $10-$65.
  • Robinia Courtyard: Winterfest, featuring an oyster bar and shotskis. Tickets are $49.99.
  • The Sylvee: Theme of the Great Gatsby, with red carpet and live music. Tickets are $40-$85.
  • Tavernakaya: Five-course prix fixe plus DJ. Dinner is $50 and the party is $10.
  • Turner Hall: Ballroom dancing and a ball drop. Tickets are $35.
  • Whiskey Jacks: DJs, hors d’oeuvres and complimentary drinks, depending on your package, which range from $25-$50.

Keep in mind that many restaurants are having New Year’s Eve dinner specials, and many bars will have some sort of drink special to ring in 2019.
