Here’s our annual list of the 4th of July fireworks celebrations in the Madison, Wis., and Wisconsin Dells areas.

| DeForest Area 4th of July Celebration | July 3, Fireman’s Park | Includes a car show, live music and a pickleball tournament. Note: the fireworks are held on July 3, not July 4. |
| Wilderness, Chula Vista, Mt. Olympus, Kalahari | July 4, Lake Delton and Wisconsin Dells | Almost all the major resorts have their own fireworks displays. |
| Wisconsin Dells | July 4, Elm Street Plaza | Live music and family-friendly activities take place during the day. |
| Madison Night Mares | July 4, Warner Park | First pitch is 6:35 p.m., with fireworks following the game. |
| Monona Community Festival | July 4, Winnequah Park | Includes the Wisconsin Wife Carry Championship, Drag Queen Bingo and an art fair. |
| Shorewood Hills | July 4, Blackhawk Country Club | Includes an art fair, a children’s parade and an “east” vs. “west” softball game. |

| Waunaboom | July 4, Ripp Park | Includes a music-choreographed skydiving jump, a petting farm and movies in the park. |

| Forward Madison FC | July 4, Breese Stevens Field | The match vs. Peoria City starts at 6:30 p.m., with fireworks afterward. |
| Bucky-n-Booms | July 4, UW Memorial Union and Edgewater Hotel | CANCELED. Just a few weeks after this new event was announced, the fireworks were canceled, and the event is now known as Stars, Stripes & Shorelines. |
