Point Burger Bar should consider using the slogan for Buffalo Wild Wings with a slight change: Burgers. Beer. Sports. Here, you have plenty of bar area to have a drink (including 30 beers on tap) and watch the game, and you have lots and lots of burger choices. (more…)

I’ve enjoyed my previous visits to Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, having gone to the waterpark, skied, received a massage and of course, enjoyed fine dining at its chophouse. Thus, I happily accepted an invitation to return to meet the new executive chef, Nelly Buleje, and sample his creations. (more…)
Mr. Kimchi

Mr. Kimchi, a Korean fusion restaurant, recently opened on King Street. This early review draws from the friends and media dinner that I attended, and it should be noted that the menu is still being tweaked. Still, I was impressed with the food and the semi-upscale atmosphere, and I look forward to future visits. (more…)
