I had some interest in perusing a southern cookbook, but what put me over the top to accept the offer to review My Pinewood Kitchen: A Southern Culinary Cure ($26.95, HCI BOOKS) was that it featured “microbiome-friendly meals.”

What’s Open in Madison, Things to do Online

I appreciate all the restaurants that are still open for takeout and/or delivery during these times, though I really miss eating out. At the same time, I miss going out to sporting events, stores, movies, shows and even the gym.
