Rock’N Rollz Sandwich Co.

Rock'N Rollz Sandwich Co.On several trips to McFarland and Evansville since 2021, I have driven past Rock’N Rollz Sandwich Co. Over the past year, I finally stopped in during return visits to have a bite at both places (there’s also one in Brodhead).

What you’ll find at any location is a nice selection of tasty subs and pizzas. For example, the Rock’N Combo ($8.04) is an excellent Italian sub with capicola ham, genoa salami, provolone, tomato and onion. I would have liked a little more Italian dressing, but the sub was still enjoyable.

I also tried the seafood salad sub ($8.73), which you don’t see on many menus. I absolutely loved it. The sub had the right amount of mayo and was loaded with crab meat. Even better, the seafood salad was topped with a healthy amount of bacon bits.

Rock'N Rollz Sandwich Co.Among the pizzas, I couldn’t resist the bacon cheeseburger ($21.84 for 16″, $21.26 for 12″, $8.04 for 7″), and I found it satisfying. The crust has a good chew, it was plenty cheesy and the toppings were tasty.

Next time I’ll likely try the Main Street Madness ($26.44 for 16″, $17.81 for 12″, $10.34 for 7″), which comes with pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, bacon, green olives, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. You also can build your own pizza.

I didn’t try any of the salads, but I did order a calzone ($9.14). The shell is sturdy and holds the ingredients well, plus it’s sprinkled with garlic for extra flavor. I got mine with sausage, mushrooms and pepperoni, and they were generously stuffed inside. I only wish the calzone came with a side of marinara sauce.

Rock’N Rollz Sandwich Co. is open every day for lunch and dinner.
