I am not sure how you can go wrong with all you can eat meat. The huge sald bar offers many unique items not found in most salad bars. The large selection of meats were prepared perfectly. The restaurant has a large stage with live music that adds to the environment.

Had a good experience soon after Samba opened but seems to have fallen off lately. The salad bar options have been significanly reduced and the time spent waiting (upstairs) between meat servers was quite long. The prime cuts of meat always seem to be "on their way" but seldom seem to make it around to the tables. No problem getting sausage and chicken though!

Was really surprised at how much I enjoyed Samba. The variety of meats was impressive as was the consistant high quality. High notes were the sausages and top sirloin.
