They also are vegan, organic, non-GMO and gluten-free.<\/p>\n<p>Ziggy Bars come in individual packs ($24.96 for 10). The texture is soft (not sturdy), so you need to eat it with the paper insert or it will fall apart. Each bar has 200-210 calories, 24-25 g. of carbs (3-4 g. of fiber), 11 g. of fat and 3-5 g. of protein.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The cinnamon oat was tasty, and I see why it&#8217;s the best seller. The flavor reminded me of an oatmeal raisin cookie, especially since the cookies are made with dates.<\/li>\n<li>The dark chocolate was a delight.
